Saddle Riding Habits

 

Of all the sewing I do my riding habits are my favorite. Every riding habit is special. Like my hats, each one takes on a personality of it's own as it is being assembled. I am proud of all of my habits and strive for the best quality possible. My daughter and I both ride side saddle so I am very aware of what does and does not work. I take great pride in all my gowns. I strive for comfort, historical accuracy ( when asked for), and durability.  My gowns start at $160.00 and go up from there. The cost depends on the pattern, fabric & trims requested. NOTE: Although the styles pictured below are correct for their time periods not all fabrics/fabric colors and trims shown are.
